Employee Suspends Participation

At any time during a study, an employee can choose to suspend—or “snooze”—their participation in a study. Doing so ceases all monitoring of study-sanctioned activities during the suspension.

Steps

  1. Employee opens the third-party app on their phone
  2. Employee opens primary navigation and selects snooze feature
  3. Employee selects a duration to suspend their participation and initiates the suspension
  4. After some time has passed, the app notifies the employee their snooze is almost over
  5. Employee opens the app via the notification
  6. Employee manually stops the snooze feature
