The following is an exhaustive list of all features a workforce surveillance system could potentially have. These features are expressed as needs or wants of the users of the system. While my thesis will focus almost exclusively on the user experience of the employee/participant, it was helpful to include user stories for employers/admins as a means of better fleshing out and understanding the system.

Prioritization exercises based on user testing and research will ultimately determine the subset of user stories that will be demonstrated in the visual component prototype.
